The investors, Minibonds, HN2, HN5, thousands of Singaporeans, Tan Kin Lian, RM, 雷曼银行, 香港銀行, 香港投资人士， MayBank or "the Bank"?
My Answer is "the Bank".
We all can see its decision making, problem solving and admin jobs are slower than we expected in this critical time frame. Why?
