近900万存款取不出 九旬老妇怒告银行
年逾九旬的退休教师要取消户头，提出近900万元存款，但遭银行拒绝。她多次与银行交涉，不但无法如愿，户头还被冻结。如今，她诉诸法律，要华侨银行发还存款。
I was sad when I read the above article. What should I do then?
I do not know why the bank refused the 92 year-old lady to terminate her deposit account and not letting her to withdraw all her money back, almost 9 million dollars; doesn't she have the right to make her own decision?
Don't tell me next time whenever I need to withdraw my money, I need to accompany by a lawyer and a medical doctor, in order to prove to the bank my conscious is clear at that moment?
What would be happened the old lady died a day later, who would have that big sum of money? The appointed one? My answer is "the bank".
Why? The bank had refused to let the depositor herself to withdraw the money and freeze her account, do you think the bank will give to the appointed one? Especially we are now in the globe financial crisis. The bank can’t afford to let go that big amount of money.
My Thought:
I will not dare to deposit a huge sum of money into the banks of Singapore? They will my money into zero money.
