A company has two only staffs, a senior and a junior.
The senior very often assigns his works to the junior then go out to meeting clients and other social/business appointments / activities and not come back to office till next day.
The junior is expected to be a multi – task person, he must able to handle all types of work and finish them in a shorter and faster time or within a certain time frame. Sometime he must work long hours in order to meet the job schedule given.
When come to annual increment and bonus time, it is always that the senior gets more than 33% pay raise and three to four months bonus and junior gets 3 to 5 % pay increment and one to two months bonus.
Do give me your comments so that I may look at the above matter positively.
